Stuck on TWRP 3.0.0-3 on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 SM-T230NT

I installed TWRP 3.0.0-3 Custom Recovery on my Galaxy Tab 4 SM-T230NT and now, when I try to turn it on it goes directly to the recovery, but I can't use the TWRP menu (the touch screen doesn't work, only the side buttons) and after a few minutes the speaker makes a noise and the tab turns off. Pressing any button makes the noise again (also the speaker heats up. A lot). Is there any method for flash the stock ROM through the computer for solving this? Even the computer is recognizing the tab as the T335 model.

Not sure about stock rom. But you can flash any custom rom since you have recovery, I also advise you perform a wipe/Factory reset from within your recovery

How do I do the wipe with a computer?

No idea. Probably through adb. If you have access to recovery, you can wipe within recovery
