I am very new to the forum and i made a research for the problem i am facing and i cant get a solution.
I have no idea what caused my Galaxy S4 to act like that, but each time i reboot / reset / shut down and reopen phone, i come with the Warning!! massage saying:
" A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications.
If you want to download a custom OS, press the volume up key,
Otherwise, press the volume down key to cancel."
I'm pressing the volume down key and sometimes nothing is happening. After 10 mins the phone MIGHT restart but most of the times it doesnt!
How will i fix this? My phone is brand new and i never rooted it. I try to remember what applications i installed that might cause the problem and the only ones i downloaded is CoPilot navigation and Adobe Flash player.
I thought it might be Adobe Flash player and i uninstalled it but it didnt fix the problem
