Stupid question about Call end?

Every time I try to end the call using the power button it either turns on camera OR goes to the power down menu. What the heck am i doing wrong? I just want to use the power key to end a call?

I usually set that for mine also and its working fine, just a single press should be enough.

Just to be sure -- you do have the Accessibility option to use the Power button to end calls turned on, right?

Yes it's turned on to end call and double press to activate camera set too.......so do u just press once? When I do that it activates the power down options. I've tried long press,single press,and double single press.
Ok I know this is a first world problems that's driving me bonkers.

It might depend on how long you're pressing the single-press. Try tapping it very quickly to end the call.
