Guess you have to pay ANOTHER $2 for the substratum add-on for Oreo. I'd be fine with it, if I could get a refund on Sungstratum and use that towards the Andromeda, but I don't see that as an option.

I like using Substratum so much that I will gladly pay the $2 to continue to use it on Oreo. The developers work hard on these apps. Why don't you think their work is worth another $2? I guess if you don't think it's worth it, you can write your own app? You used Sungstratum on Nougat and that's what you paid for. Now buy Andromeda to use on Oreo.

Im not saying $2 is a giant deal, but why can't Subgstratum just get an update? Or why can't the people who already spent $5+ get this one free? I love using Substratum, and have just purchased Andromeda.

Can we be clear of the money chain.
Is this a payment to the Substratum app or to the particular theme developer? OK they may be the same in your instance.

I am fairly new to Substratum and bought the full app and Swift Black Theme + Oreo + Samsung.
Coming late I see I may have missed out on an additional payment but using it without readiong the options I was continuously getting crashes of updated applications where they had changed their style layout.

Given the process then yes, they ahve a lot of work keeping up with this. You have paid however so it goes that you have paid for updates.

I suppose the issue is with major Andoroid versions. Substratum App may not specify a version so should roll on and add all the various hooks at new versions automatically.

With upgrade to new versions the theme I have paid for is Swift Black + Oreo + Samsung even though I am on Nougat. When Android moves to PickNMIx will I have to buy a new theme?

I havent actually been able to verify Andromeda on my phone with my laptop. Just says retry again. Any ideas?
