Substratum themes no longer work in Android P

That's why they issued a developer preview - so the developers can modify their apps - Substratum, in this case - to work on the new version.

I'm not, but only because substratum was totally broken on O - apps breaking daily and no fix except waiting for anmod update that has to be flashed via adb. Very gross.
