Substratum is coming to Oreo without root.

Anybody into this and can comment if you have tried substratum on U11 today?

I haven't but I am going to try it out on my 6p after I push Oreo to it. I just have so much work to do on my house that any free time from my regular job is exceedingly limited..

I am rooted on my U11... Do you know how can i install substratum on it?

There is an article from gadgethacks.com that has the process (Google it, am not able to paste a link on phone here). I have never done it myself so can't guarantee it will work on U11.

On another note, what ROM do you have and what advantages are you getting by rooting it?

Well i am on Viper. I rooted it basically to have the full use of Edge sense plus app and also i can do a little bit customizations. If you are using sense home, there are tons of customisations for it on Viper plus they are faster on bringing in updates... I have August patch on US unlocked.
