Subtitles in Logitech Media Player

Is there a way to control the subtitles in Logitech Media Player? From my ext hdd I was playing MKV video files with embedded soft subtitles, but they did not show up. I'm not sure yet if MKV is the only format with this probelm. I'll do some more testing later tonight.

I have the Sony Google TV Bluray and subtitles using MKV file and srt file in the same directory won't render. I hope this will be updated by Google soon. The workaround I think is this GTVBox app in the market for $2.99. I personally haven't tried it yet as I only discovered it at the moment of writing this comment but hopefully it works.
