I have a P20 running Android 8.1.0 (security patch Aug 1, 2018) and several strange issues have happened recently and I wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience or can recommend a fix.
1) One morning after waking from the alarm on the phone, I found 2-3 full pages of nothing but screen lock icons, completely filling each page. Strange, right?
2) My phone has dialed people completely on its own, even while it was lying on the table (i.e. it definitely wasn't a pocket dial). The only way I knew that it had made a call was I could suddenly hear a voice on the other line saying "hello?".
3) Somewhat of a smaller issue, sometimes on the Gmail app it will refuse to open a message. I can tap it, the message does that little jump thing that lets you know it was selected, but the message won't open. I will have to close and re-open the app for it to work again. It's minor but a serious annoyance, especially for work.
