Sudden Shut Downs on LG Watch Sport

Twice now it has happened. Around 30% or so while playing with it that my LG sport watch shuts down suddenly. When I put it on the charger a lightning bolt just flashes with a full round tick mark. After about five minutes sitting on the Cradle charger I am able to restart it, what is going on? I just bought it yesterday.

I had the same issue and it became progressively worse and then it stopped booting up entirely. within 15 days they told me to exchange at atore. no problems with replacement.
