Suddenly Battery is Draining like crazy!

Have had my Note 2 for a little over a year and a half....it has always had Fantastic Battery life, but in the last few days it has been draining very quickly and very sporadically. I have not put anything new on my phone and in fact have removed some apps. This morning, I was doing typical.....take phone off charger (on all night) checked/write a few emails, played One round of words w/friends, checked Facebook all for about 45 minutes.....battery went from 100% to 70% and another half hour later was at 57%!

I will be headed to a Note 4 soon, but I don't want this issue to push me to it before I am ready. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, unfortunately, that was my thought too.....but am in denial.....because I don't want to put any money into it only to upgrade soon.....maybe sooner than I wanted to now.

Are you going to stay with yours or get a new phone?

I'm gonna probably wait for the edge but, if I don't dig it note 4 will be my next.
One of my guys at work got it for sprint and it is sweeet.

The Edge looks cool! I will definitely be going to the Note 4.....just a matter of when, but I am sure it will be a huge difference from the N2! Good luck to you as well!
