AC Question

Hi Guys,

I have a NAS with TwonkyMedia 8.2.1.0 installed on my QNAP 239 Pro II+ and it has worked great up until recently.
Mainly, I use it with my phone to stream video via the phone to my TV using a Chromecast.
This setup has worked flawlessly for a long time, but for a few days now it doesn't seem to work properly.

Whenever I turn on my NAS, my phone (OnePlus 3 running Android 6.0.1) is able to detect my TwonkyServer just fine, however, after about ~15 minutes, the server disappers from the list of devices and I am uncapable of finding it. For whatever reason, my girlfriends LG G2 works just fine. There may be a slight lag, if the HDDs have spun down to hybernate, but other than this her phone finds the server perfectly well.
If I reboot the NAS, my phone will find the DLNA server for about 15 minutes again and then just say "No Server Found". However, this problem does NOT happen on the LG G2, it will still find the server no matter the uptime of the NAS.
I have tried multiple DLNA streaming apps on the phone, but they all behave similarly.
And yes, I have tried rebooting both router, nas and phone several times ;)

I am wondering, if I can change any permissions or the like on the phone that might result in this error?

For clarification; I am running the following:
QNAP 239 Pro II+ with QTS 4.2 and TwonkyMedia 8.2.1.0
OnePlus 3 with standard Android 6.0.1
Normal app for streaming through DLNA on the local network is LocalCast, which has previously worked flawlessly.
The problem does not appear on a different phone.
No Android changes recently as far as I can remember.

For the life of me, I cannot recall that I have changed a single thing - all of a sudden this problem has just started happening.
Any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks all in advance!
