Anyone else suddenly have problems with this, or is it just me. Using Aria. Only get notifications if I am in the app. My wife is having the same problem on her Aria.

Google Voice Help Forum has a discussion on this. It looks like the problem comes when you receive a text from another GV number. Texts from Non-GV numbers come in like normal.

I'm not getting nonGoogle Voice numbers either. Sometimes their just delayed. Even so that's very annoying.
