Suddenly unable to share posts from my Facebook page manager. Only happens on my Samsung A5 2017

I recieved a message saying unable to post at this time and to check my commenting
I've tried the toaster app, reinstalling facebook and the pages manager, I've also cleared caches

"at this time" usually means a server problem. It could be a difference between using a WiFi connection and a data connection (Facebook uses a content delivery network - not every connection is to the same server.)
