Suggest a new android phone

hey I want to buy an android phone for my brother..My budget is around 250 USD/147 Pounds/15000 INR ..Little bit confused..Features should be
1)quad core processor
2)1 gb ram
3)dual sim(if not no problem)
4)ffc
5)gorilla glass(preferable)

Anyways the Moto G is also without doubt a very good choice for an average user.

I disagree: IMO its also a very good choice for an above average user, particularly since 4.4.4 has noticeably speeded things up (not that it was appreciably slow before).

Sure, an extra gig of RAM would be nice but I can live with 1G, and if a decent camera is important to you then you may wish to look elsewhere (never use them myself). So as others before that would be my pick at your price point.

You're correct, but the OP wasn't asking for any of that.

FYI, the Moto G 4G does have an SD slot. The original G is the one that doesn't have one.

The moto g 4g isn't available in India, hell, 4g itself is quite rare, only Airtel offering it

Thanks mate I would love to go with MI3 but absense of service center is a huge issue for me..Moto G is the right option for me

Yep, go with the 16GB Moto G (more storage is always better), and you will also get a guaranteed update to Android L
