Suggestions for Google Search app?

I can deal without the search button, but the thing I miss the most is seeing my search history on the phone. The built in widget does not show prior searches. Any suggestions on a good app that does this?

My Google search app is showing the history and, in fact, has a button in settings to clear the history.
