Sumsung Galaxy s3 Icon Bluetooth will not wake up.

I have Sumsung Galaxy s3 with Icon Bluetooth it will not wake up without me putting my pin. Can anyone please assist as I do not want to pull my phone out each time I need to make a call I tried to find a setting to fix but no luck.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Icon Bluetooth', but if you have to enter a PIN to unlock the phone then your only solution may be to disable security. Go to Settings -> Security -> Screen lock and pick either None or Swipe.
