In the UK I'm considering changing to a Poco F3, and have had a Poco F2 Pro for 20 months.
Any specs resource including Xiaomi / Mi.com states the F3 is Amoled, while the F2 Pro I have has always been Super Amoled.
There are many models of various brands that only claim an Amoled display.
There is a technical difference if you look it up. The touch sensors (?) are part of the screen layer, and there are also advantages in brightness, contrast, efficiency etc.
There is no way to view this model in a store.
As it happens I keep another mid tier Xiaomi phone with an Amoled screen, a Mi 10 Lite 5G, and while it's very good, the Super Amoled screen on the Poco (another Xiaomi sub brand) is definitely far better.
Anyone switch from a Super to a regular Amoled?
??????
