Bluetooth doesn't work? Or did you lose voice commands? If you mean voice commands, yeah that happens although I think there is a way to get voice commands back. No the option is there in the scroll down notification bar. And on extended controls but when i chose it on the notification bar is says on but its still gray and the bluetooth symbol doesnt appear. And when i try and do it from extended control it jus says updating bluetooth status and never activates.

Ok. Good. Now, did you follow the instructions on flashing the DJ05 modem to your phone via Odin? Also, is your kernel a DJ05 kernel? Because, if not, that could be your culprit right there. You could either have the wrong modem installed or the wrong kernel. If both of these troubleshooting tips don't apply to you, then head on over to XDA.
I flashed it threw rom manager. I used the kernel i guess that cam with it i havent gotten another one.

Ahhh. Found the culprit. I'm surprised you aren't having problems with SMS messaging or are you? Your problem is that you have the DI01 modem on your phone still but have a DJ05 Rom. They aren't compatible. Head on over to XDA.

You flash this like Clockwork. Just follow the instructions. It's easy. Put your phone into download mode, bring up Odin, make sure PDA is selected, choose modem file, flash, reboot.
You may need to re-flash the Rom but maybe not. After you square away the modem, try it out and see if bluetooth is fixed. If not, re-flash the ROM. Let me know how it goes.

Forgot to mention that you need the kernel too! Just pick one. I'd go with the stupid fast 1.54 for now.

Yep. You don't have to use the particular kernel in that link. You can download and flash any kernel provided it's DJ05 based. Again, recommend Geeknik's StupidFast Kernel 1.54 which can be found in Rom Manager.
The main thing is the radio. You need to get that downloaded to your computer ASAP and get it flashed through Odin so you can get your SMS and bluetooth back.
If you are still having problems with bluetooth after the flashing of the radio and kernel for DJ05, try re-installing the SuperClean Rom .9. Let me know how all of this goes later on. ok i flashed it threw odin it said it passed and everything and my phone is starting up now
