super noob downloaded app cant find it

I looked in apps

Downloaded it from google store

Got confirm email I paid. Am I supposed to open somethinng or do I have settings wrong on phone?

yes...did the swipe down and drawer said new vm.... But no new apps......

Im going to try to orser another app
.. But please any other suggestions would be great.

Maybe it was a widget, they don't show up in app section
