superoneclick 1.9.5 help!!!

I feel so girly now but I really need help. I'm trying to root my captivate using my msi cr600 (vista laptop),


Using soc 1.9.5, I first checked my drivers, and it said "No issues found!"


Great right, only when i press root, I get stuck at the "waiting for device" either stalling there or not responding.


Please help me!!!

Superoneclick usually requires that USB debugging is turned on. What state is your phone in when you are connecting it? First, the app should be open. Then connect your phone- It should be on, with USB debugging on (MENU-APPLICATIONS-DEVELOPMENT), and it should show that USB is connected once you connect.

Your computer should also beep at you when you connect. Try different USB ports if you are having trouble.
