SuperSU binary occupied gs5 Verizon

[Android Central Question]

I have rooted my phone (via flash). I am using a gs5 Verizon, i reset the phone (not factory) and the phone's SuperSU was occupied, also the updates stopped working for the phone, I cant use my root help!
