Question Supplementary service option on samsung a14 5g

I believe someone has ben monitoring my phone, or having my data forwarded somewhere else. I was unable to attend a zoom hearing and i'm pretty sure that's why , I looked up some information on it and it told me to go to supplementary services To change my call forwarding options but that menu option is missing and I also get these messages when I try to stop Any call forwarding dialing ##004# can you please help?

Go to Settings and open the search box at the top by tapping on the magnifying glass.

Type in 'forward' and the option will show up there.
