Suretap wallet has failed to register

I tried signing up for suretap, but it's failed 4 times now, I tried reinstalling the app and clearing the data/cache in the app manager but It refuses to go through. Any thoughts? Googling doesn't show me much on the subject

I have the exact same problem.

my Note 5 with Rogers is unable to activate my suretap wallet.

the Note 5 is not listed as a compatible device on Rogers website, but it is delivered with the apps installed.

hope they fix it soon, so I can try to pay with my phone for the first time.

I have a Blackberry Priv which is said to have Suretap support but when I go to register through their app, I get a popup message "6.10.6 - Unfortunately, we're experiencing some issues right now. Please try again later." I've had this issue since March and I've even contacted Suretap support and they had me go through all the usual hoops - Uninstall, reinstall, delete app data cache, etc - and I still can't get it to work. They said they'd get back to me when they've worked out a solution. It's now May and I think they've forgotten about me.
