Surround shot

So I was wondering if you could take a picture with surround shot. Send that to someone else, and have them be able to open it up and view it like you do in the player. ( will they be able to scroll around the 360 picture).
So I have attached a surround picture I shot, Someone upload one that they took, and we can see if it can be done.

Thought I was panning on my laptop, turns out I was using x5 zoom and panning my desktop screen.
