SVoice not always working..."timed out"?

I use SVoice for almost everything, but does anyone know why it sometimes doesn't process or takes an unusually long time, then with a response like this, "Your request...is timed out?" I can't figure it out, phone is within reach and WiFi or network signal is good. Sometimes a 2nd repeat makes it work.

I've seen this the odd time.

I'm guessing that failed voice attempts are occurring due to congestion at the server or congestion somewhere along the path between your location and the server.

Thanks. Makes sense, cuz usually the failed voice attempts take longer to process and appear laggy.
