Swap Contracts

Anybody ever try swapping contracts?

I'm looking to switch to Sprint, and my contract is probably fairly valuable to somebody since it's got loyalty pricing and is eligible for an upgrade even though it shouldn't yet...

So should I give contract swaps a shot? I could probably get out without the ETF... but if it's a lot of trouble, I would sooo rather just pay the ETF.

I haven't done it personally but from what I've read online some companies don't recognize the swap and charge an ETF. Maybe someone that has done it can chime in and talk about their experience.

This sounds like it would be a lot of work. Also, the discounts are tied to you not the contract (I believe).

Well the pricing is definitely built into the account (Loyalty Unlimited Minutes for $50 with a $30 unlimited text/data plan tacked on), but I think you're right... this will take a lot of work.
