Swap sim cards between devices

Have a Note 4 that's my daily driver. Also have an older G2 I would like to use as well on days I don't want to carry a huge device.

Can I just swap the sim card to the G2 or do I need to contact ATT to do this?

Yes you can just swap them. They even have the same size sim.
