Swapped Phone

This morning I was trying to fit an ATT case to my Verizon phone. I don't know that had anything to do with my problem, but part way through that three wide vertical lines appeared on my display. They were transparent but lighter than the rest of the screen. I power cycled the phone and no change. Took the phone to Verizon and they cheerfully swapped it out so have spent the last couple hours setting it up again. Good customer service.

Every carrier has their strong and weak points. My experience with Verizon's customer service has always been positive. Glad others are having good experiences as well.
