I have been a swift key user for years but Haven't installed it my n6.... So far I see the same as in features and love the design
. more colors would be nice... Wonder how long time users like it

i suggest staying with swift key as you have been staying with their friendly interface of a keyboard so why change? stay with what your comfortable with!:D

The primary thing I like better about SwiftKey is that the numerical/symbol keyboard can have a "keypad" layout for the digits. I like that better than having them laid our across the top row.

One problem I have, which has me using Swype is that I am getting "predictive" text suggestions. I like getting "corrective" suggestions better, and I cannot find the setting for that.

Any guidance?

BTW, Swype defaults to the numbers accross the top row, but I have found the setting for the keypad layout. If I could set SwiftKey to corrective text there's be little if any difference between those two for my use.

Google keyboard FTW, Swift was my favorite, but not anymore. The swipe gesture was what I used Swift Key for and now the Google keyboard has it, game over for Swift Key.

100% SwiftKey. If I wasn't using SwiftKey than the stock Lollipop keyboard.

For me, SwiftKey is still the best for one main reason: I write in two languages (French and English) and I don't need to tell SwiftKey which language I'm using - it just figures it out, to the extent that I can easily write a sentence with both languages (any JCVD fans?).

On top of that, SwiftKey takes a lot less screen real estate, which I appreciate.

Google keyboard. I tried Swiftkey for the better part of the year and it was never good at predicting text. Even after its whole 'learning' process. So went back to Google keyboard and have been happy ever since. They have all of my info anyway, so it should make it a better experience.

Way back when, Swiftkey was the first app I ever purchased and it was well worth the price. Things have changed since then. Google keyboard works the best and doesn't suffer from the lag I was experiencing with Swiftkey. There were also those annoying and frequent popups to ask me to select what keyboard I wanted to use.
My spouse, on the other hand, prefers Swiftkey only because of the colorful themes. She also owns a selfie-stick.

Swiftkey for me. i like the google keyboard, but i like that i can resize the swiftkey keyboard for my giant hands.

I try to use the stock keyboard, but I miss swiftkey. I type in three languages and miss the number row from Swiftkey. The design of the google keyboard rocks though

I never liked Swiftkey... for whatever reason, it was HORRID at text correction/prediction. I spent far too much time going back and editing text. Google Keyboard was much better at getting things right. But Swype, for me, was by far the most capable of getting the right word I wanted down on the screen. I had been using the Google one for a long time, mostly because I preferred the interface. But I am giving Swype another shot the past couple of days....

In my experience Google's Keyboard doesn't do a good job of predicting what I'm going to say next at all. Nearly 90% of the time Swiftkey knows what I'm going to say next. What I mean is if I look up at the 3 choices I can see the next word that I want to type so I rarely have to type or swype at all anymore. I like the "idea" of Google's keyboard, but practically Swiftkey kicks it's booty.

The first time I set up the Nexus, I used Swift Key, but after the last wipe, I didn't.

I've used SwiftKey for years. But I'm trying Google L for now. The ONLY thing I miss is that I got used to a small flick I could do with my right thumb to enter a ! or a ? easily. It takes and extra split second to do it on Google L and half of the time, I accidentally activate emojis or pick the wrong punctuation. Annoying.

I used Swiftkey on my GS4, but with my N6 I like the stock keyboard very much. For me, a little easier layout of the letters, but I can't say one is any better than the other.
