I just downlaoded swiftkey after reading some stuff about it.

One of the cool things about this keyboard app is that it learns how you type and improves its autocorrect functions. This is one thing that for the most part, the iPhone excelled at, and the stock samsung keyboard absolutely epicly fails at.

In the process of enabling, a warning popped up saying that "This method (using swiftkey) can collect all of the text you enter, excluding passwords, including personal data and credit card numbers..."

I guess that is the nature of using a predictive text app, it has to watch what you type to know how to help, but it being an aftermarket app and having a far less known reputation just kind of makes me wary. I really want an improvement over the stock keyboard though. It's so bad it's depressing.

What do you guys think about it?

Considering all it excludes, and that it is the keyboard I've been using since 2013, I don't worry about it collecting my words that to help me type better... and it has.
