Swipe down menu

So all of the sudden the swipe down menu is longer there. When I swipe down, there's nothing. Help?
Verizon LG G2, Android 5.0.2

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the Quick Settings? If you swipe down once with one finger, you'll get your notification panel. Swipe down with one finger again, and you'll see the Quick Settings. You can get the Quick Settings the first time by swiping down with two fingers from the top of the screen all the way down.

I wish I could attach a screen shot of my phone. No matter how I swipe, I can't access the menu.

Happens to me as well. I just restart the phone, and all is well again.

It's interesting--I've seen people with only one post be able to post a screenshot. Being pretty far removed from having only a few posts, I must say that I don't know exactly what the prerequisites are in order to be able to post a screenshot in the first place!
