Swipe to answer/reject Huawei Honor 7Lite/Honor 5X

Sometimes I get touch to answer/reject, sometimes I get swipe to answer/reject. Can this phone set it up to touch to answer/reject only ? Every time I swipe I accidentally reject the call instead.

the swipe UI appears only in the lockscreen, if it's unlock it shows press to answer UI instead.
