Safe to say that February security update DIDN'T solve my swipe issue

I only had swiping issues when trying to answer or reject phone calls. Some of the time. Other times it works fine. However, nothing has changed with the February patch

Actually I spoke too soon. Swiping is still an issue. Seemed a little better at first but it's actually not any better at all.
