Swiping to dismiss notifications

Been meaning to reply. The issue seems to have fixed itself in the 7.1 beta on my 6p. It no longer doing it.
 
I had the same problem on my Nexus 5x but an update didn't fix it. Me getting more adept at swiping seemed to fix it.
