Switch between Calls

Ok...I searched around a bit and can't seem to figure this one out.

On a call and another call comes in. I answer call 2. When done, how do I get BACK to call 1?

or press what looks like the refresh button

the other person hanging up doesn't work and there is no button that looks like a refresh button

Can never get this to work.

Side note, how to disable incoming call while on one?
I want to send the second call to vm and yet it keeps ringing when I hit ignore.

Found this. Icons mentioned probably won't show up until you have a call in progress with another call coming through. That's all I could find. Hope this helps.
