Is this a stupid move?
I freaking love Boomsound but supposedly the Idol 3's JBL speakers are on par and possibly even louder than the M8 (and M9).
The Idol also has a bigger screen (5.5) and quality is on par with pretty much everything with exception of the Samsung or LG flagships. I'm thinking the Idol may also have a better camera than the M8 based on everything I've seen online.
Of course I would be going from metal to plastic and from a snapdragon 801 to a 615. The latter of which may be the only thing holding me back (that and lack of IR blaster).
I do like unlocked phones so the idol is really appealing (11 months left until I switch to a non contract plan) But the M8 has been pretty damn good to me so I'm torn. Thoughts?
