Switch sd card from Charge to Bionic

Before I took my charge back to get a bionic I copied everything off the sd card and put it onto a spare one I had. I had also transferred all of my apps to the card from the Charge. Would it cause any issues at all if I just swapped the cards out? Do they use a different format or file structure or anything?

I tried doing the same with my X to Bionic but couldnt get it to work. Dont know what I did wrong.
