I heard that pixel 4a battery not going be great .

Why would that be, though? The 3a's 3000 mAh battery surprised everyone with its battery life, so why would the supposed 3080 mAh battery on the 4a be worse? Is it because of a better screen?

Not sure , I wished I saved that article in the morning news feed , maybe screen, chip compared battery size. I didn't read the article just the headline and Skip thought I go back to read later and it refresh the feed

The author doesn't really say why he's concerned. The screen is essentially the same resolution, and there's no mention of a 90 Hz screen refresh (which the user could always turn off anyway). Also no Soli, which would have been another battery drain. If the author is just worried about the essentially same battery size as the 3a, then the obvious conclusion to me would've been that the battery life will be just as great, not a lot worse.

I wouldn't be concerned either but thats the stuff I've been hearing lately, also heard no XL model .

The pixel 3a I got good battery the time I had it , the pixel 3xl also and now on my pixel 4xl definitely better then all pixels i had .

I recently purchased a 3a and love it. Battery life is not an issue for me and performance is excellent.
