Switched from a iPhone 4s to LG k7 now can't recieve pictures only send and group text only can send

I just bought a new phone the K7. I originally had a iPhone 4s before that. Since switching I haven't been able to get group messaging mms to work. I can send but can't recieve or see any incoming messages. Also I can only send pictures and can't recieve even though it says sent on my friends phones. I've tried my best to check settings and everything seems where it needs to be to work properly. I also checked my iPhone 4s settings because I thought maybe that would be an issue. I really can't figure out what is wrong. Thank you for any help whatsoever

I'm guessing that you are on T-Mobile? If so, try resetting it.
