Switched to the Moto Z Force DROID (verizon) AMA, I LOVE IT

Hey All,

Took my Note 7 back to the verizon store last night, no restocking fee and they even gave me several deals on the Moto MODS and a bluetooth ear LG Tone set.. amazing...

First thoughts
----------------------
*LOVE the screen, it's almost just as good i can't tell a difference (also i put a tempered glass on it with zero problems)

*NIGHT AND DAY difference on speed and performance, everything is incredibly fast and snappy right out of the box, even while i was setting things up and installing things, not a single hiccup on speed what so ever, it's still fast as we speak.

*Never charged it over night and the standby time even after setting up the Moto voice LISTEN at all times, the battery only dropped 5% over night, incredible (just right on the same level with an iPhone with Siri listening)

*Camera is just as good, inside pics almost look better they aren't as washed out

*The moto mods are cool, not sure what people are talking about, I got the JBL Speakers and also the Battery pack... i'm actually liking this concept of how EASY they are to take on and off (strong magnets) I might keep them in my car so when i feel like switching out i can.
I'm currently keeping on the JBL speaker one because it has a cool kickstand and also a built in battery.. adds a nice solid feel to the phone.

More thoughts- I can't believe i didn't decide to go for this first.. i guess the marketing of the note 7 sucked me in, but this is by far a better phone.

At the end of the day, it's about what YOU WANT! The Moto z and z force are great phones! Great screen, super fast and smooth, great battery life and the mods just give it an added bonus!

I had the note 5, but when I got a chance to check out the z force I was hooked! I thought that I was gonna miss the S-Pen..... Not at all! My co-workers are jealous cus they don't have Verizon. The ones that are android users love my phone. Of the iPhone users be hating lol. I have different color style mods along with the jbl speaker and they swear that I have more than one phone. So enjoy your new phone! At least it won't catch fire lol!

I know that everyone was hype when the note 7 was announced! People were like "man when the note 7 comes out it's going to be hot! That thing is going to blow up!" No one guessed that it would be literally lmao.......

I can see why someone would favor the Note 7 over the Z Force, but for me, the Z Force is a perfect phone. The mods are gravy because the phone by itself is awesome.

p.s. Over time, I would bet you will notice that the screen and the camera (especially) don't compare..

I've had the S7 and Note 7 and the camera comment isn't even close to accurate. This camera on the Z is excellent and I get more clear and in focus pictures on average than I did on my Sammy. I do like the Note though so I'm not a hater.

I haven't played with the Note 7, but I was doing picture comparisons between my z-force and my friends S7, and they were very very close. To be honest a decent amount of the z-force photos appeared to be a little crisper upon zooming in all the way. I think the S7 might be a little easier to snap a great photo in that you just point and shoot fast, and the outcome is always excellent for the most part. I think the moto camera takes a little more skill. It seems more sensitive to motion and it doesn't snap quite as fast, so you really have to keep a steady hand. So if you're looking for a camera that's the easiest to get great photos, go Sammy, but I wouldn't bash the camera on the z-force. I get fantastic photos on the z-force that are 100% right up there with the S7 (and I imagine the Note 7) under the same conditions.

I'm more than happy with the camera on this phone. It gets under appreciated for its camera because most people don't know how to take good photos. It got a solid Dxomark rating, and I don't think there was any bias involved in that testing.
