Switching fm WebOs Palm Pre to S4, suggestions 4 best way 2 Transfer my data

Hi

Now that the Galaxy S4 is out a while, I am finally switching to Android from my Palm Pre. Does anyone have a suggestion for an app or best way to transfer all my contacts, memos, pix, texts, etc from the Pre WebOS device into the S4 with minimal losses?

Sorry I am not familiar with using the Pre, although I admired it back is 2008/9 when I was in my younger teens on a palm centro.
For contacts - back to sim or a email?

according to this post this program might be able to webos 'backup' to android desktop import?
I use Mobilego by wondershare but I am not if it does WebOS as its mainly for android/ios.

The answer to this will partially depend on which contacts account your contacts are stored in.
