I looked through the forums to find the best advice and what I should use to do this switch in a couple weeks. Didn’t really see anything, so I’ll ask here. What’s the best way to transfer contacts, music, photos, and anything else that I could transfer I looked at google drive, not sure if that’s the easiest way, I know that not everything is going to be able to be moved over, but what should I use?

Not the quickest or most conventional way but all my photos are already backed up to google drive and I always like to have my music on my micro SD card. My contacts are already backed up to google cloud so they will transfer across easily and my music is also uploaded to google music.

Easiest way is probably to use Samsung's smart switch.

Google music manager to get your music from iTunes. Your contacts can be moved using Vcard. Backup your photos to Google photos. Don't forget to log out of IMessages or your gonna have problems getting texts for a while...

I used SmartSwitch when I went from the iPhone 6p to the Note 7. It took a while but worked okay.

I do agree with the post above saying to use cloud if possible. Then you can just reinstall apps and setup the necessary accounts. Makes it easier to re platform.
