Switching from the S4 16GB to the 32GB. Is there a good way to transfer my data?

I picked up the S4 a couple weeks ago (days, in fact before the 32GB version was announced). I'm loving it. But, I like having lots of apps and the storage just isn't cutting it for me.

My wife has decided that she wants one too, so I'm planning to pick up a 32 GB version with her upgrade and pass my 16GB version down to her.

Is there an easy way to backup and restore my data from the old one to the new one?

App Back up & Restore is a good app. I use it. Just set the save directory to your external card before archiving, or drag the directory to the card afterwards.

Apps with DRM in their launch files will not back up, but that is usually about 10% of my apps at most. I have a lot, so a big sample. Also, unless you drag the data folders as well, some will have to download again.
