Switching phones while under contract

I currently have 2 lines 1st line is mine not under contract I have the s6 on payment plan. The other is my wifes she has the Turbo with 2 year contract. She has decided she wants an iPhone. If I get it at the Apple store with there device payment plan can I have them just replace the Turbo on her line even though she got the Turbo with the contract? Could I buy a Note 5 and put it on my line without paying off the S6?.

Yes to all of your questions. As long as you are making payments for the phone they don't care what you do with the phone. Since your wife is on-contract, she is paying for the Turbo through her monthly payment. It's built into her plan. Putting a different phone on the line does not change this.

As for your line, you'll continue to make the device payment for the S6 even if you replace it with a Note 5.

Thanks for the quick reply. I hope she changes her mind since I am the one who will have to deal with the iPhone and getting everything she uses on the Turbo on it.
