Switching to 64GB memory card question

So Amazon had this great deal on 64gig cards the other day so I got one. My phone is rooted with custom recovery. I read on some post about 64gig cards and custom recovery issues.
I downloaded a program on my computer to format the card to Fat32 and copied everything from my existing card onto my PC and then onto the new card after formatting.
Will I be able to just switch them out now without any problems or am I still missing something?

Good question. I just received my new 64 gig card today. And I'd like to know the answer to your question too. Hopefully, someone will chime in before I get off work tonight. Skunkape60 Where are you? O

Yes. Once you are formatted to fat32 and have your files transferred over you can insert the card and you should be golden.

I got that same deal. I bought 2 64gb cards and got them Saturday. Both of them are bad.

Just got my RAM number today and sent them back. Now waiting for my replacements which won't ship until they receive the bad ones.

Thanks Skunk. I'll format mine tonight. I bought my SanDisk from eBay at about the same price as on Amazon. Shouldn't have any problems since it's genuine, but we'll see. Will let you know if there's a problem. Thanks again. You da man...er, da Skunkape.

Later: Got it formatted to FAT32 and files transferred. All is well.
