Wrote this blog yesterday about my switch, this week, from all Google / Android to all Apple. How a devout Android fanboy becomes and Apple customer.

Since posts that are primarily links to a private blog aren't allowed on this forum, perhaps you could copy and paste the text into your post, so that we could read it here?

Mod Note :Cleaned up thread. As a reminder:

P.U.P.P.A.H
(Be Polite, Understanding, Patient, Professional, Attentive and Helpful)

Be polite. We ask that you keep your language clean and polite.
Be understanding and patient. You may be a power user or developer, but the person you’re talking to on the other end may be a complete newbie. Be patient, and provide all details possible if you’re posting about a problem (descriptive thread title always helps).
Be a pro. Don’t get into arguments over dumb things. If someone responds in a poor or rude fashion, ignore it. If you notice a pattern of rude or poor behavior from a particular member, report them to our moderators. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. In a nutshell, ‘think before you post’.
Be attentive and helpful. Answer questions in a timely manner when you can, and provide thoughts and suggestions that might lead to the solution of a members’ problem.

I think my dislike for Apple was when my 2nd gen iPod Nano 'updated' to include album art. Yeah, cause I care about looking at album art on a 1"x1" screen. Found out I couldn't roll it back to the previous OS version, and the rest is done.

I've just come back to Android after having a 6 Plus for 2 months, worst idea I had in a while and I've lost close to £200 on the idea for my troubles!

Android is where I'll be staying!

Doesn't seem like that big of a deal. I would take that over a blank screen or whatever it was that they had before. Now you can roll back versions of iOS in some occasions, not any more difficult than it is on Android phones.

True. The screen was blank aside from the Song title, Artist and Album. Album art wasn't very big though. Small thumbnail next to the writing. And the images took up space. Went from being half full to over 75%.

To each their own.

IPhone is simply too expensive. But also Android with the same techs is in similar price range. Apple has no low cost phones, that is why I will never try it.
