Can it be done easily? I rooted my note 8 when I first got it and it installed SuperUser. I only really have experience with SuperSu, does anyone know if this is an easy process? Do I need to unroot and then reroot and install it at that time? I think I saw a post awhile back about someone doing this very thing, Uribam was that you?

Thanks in advance.

Assuming you use Framaroot, just use it again and choose SuperSU instead, worked fine for me (although I went the other way).

I had nothing but trouble with superuser. Just an FYI. Switching to SuperSU solved the problems.

Constant "shell has been granted superuser permissions" message and apps freezing. Be careful when you do it.

Thanks for that advice. Worked like a charm. If I may add, for the benefit of others who (like me) are not expert... after choosing SuperSu, choose the "Aragorn" option (if you have a Galaxy Note 8), but... before you do, go into your settings and make sure you understand where/how to find blanguage and input" and not that the option at the top of that list lets you specify the user's language. Reason is, your system will display in German after the root. Lucky for me I can still remember some high school German, but even then it was a bit of a challenge to find the right place to fix it :-)

That didnt happen to me, but if it does thanks for the input.
