I'm trying to switch my email and calendar to all gmail,they are already set since I'm using gmail I stop forwarding to outlook.
google has a app inbox for e mail and I seen a desktop version anyone using it, if so can I set that as a default app instead of the old gmail on the computer. on the phone can I get it to go to just one inbox not two. inbox first choice.

If so you can go in the settings there's an option to redirect Gmail to Inbox.

The emails are going to go in both Gmail and Inbox. It's the same base with two different interfaces. That's true on both desktop and mobile. So you should be good to go
