Swype on MIUI

It does not work, I'm currently running mini 1.7.29 any ideas?

I'm running MIUI on my Droid Incredible with MIUI version 1.8.19. I just installed Swype 3.25, and it works perfectly without needing to do any of this backup/reinstall stuff.

It may very well be that they made the licensing better. I'll check when I get a chance.
