Sync always on

I had flashed DJ05 a few weeks ago with no issues. Today I flashed Stupidfast Kernel 12-20 and notice that the sync icon in the notification bar was always on. I tried turning off all the sync function on the device but the icon would not go way. My battery drained in about 3 hours.

I flashed back to the DJ05 ROM and everything once again seemed fine until about a hour after I completed restoring the device and now the sync icon has appeared again.

Any ideas on what is going on?

I had this problem once and it was weathrbug... Just a thought

have you tried a different kernel? it sounds like the problems started when you flashed the SF 12-20 kernel. try re-flashing that kernel or flash a different kernel.

i reflashed with SF 12-19 and it seemed to fix the problem. thanks
